In this final phase Solutions as a Service is aligned as follows:

Sabine Adams will become the Managing Director of Managed Hosting. Sabine joined First Rate in 2006 as a Client Service Manager and moved on to Products and Professional Services before taking over Managed Hosting in 2021. Sabine has strengthened client relationships, implemented and streamlined PS processes, and solidified and reset the MH infrastructure and team.

Debra Detweiler will become the Managing Director of Performance and Integrations. Since joining First Rate in 2017, Debra has been responsible for driving the strategic direction of the Products Performance and Integrations solutions in addition to managing our relationship with SEI. First Rate’s performance and reporting solutions are used by over 500 Wealth Management institutions worldwide, with over $2 trillion in assets on the platform. Debra has been instrumental in the CORE 2.0 project, leadership development, and diversity initiatives.

Bo McWilliams will be the new Managing Director of Reporting and Analytics. He will lead the R&A group as we expand our offerings and team. Since joining First Rate in 2008, Bo has led Professional Services, Managed Hosting, Products, and Admin/Corporate Ops. Bo has worked to help First Rate stabilize and scale operations from business continuity planning, expansion of operations in Hyderabad, and SOC2/ISO 27001 certifications.
