Hugh (Bo) McWilliams (Chief Technology Officer) is Managing Director of Reporting and Analytics group responsible for First Rate’s Core digital portal and reporting applications where he oversees product development, evaluation of new business opportunities and client recruiting and retention.

McWilliams has worked as product development and information technology executive in software organizations for over 35 years in the broker-dealer, Insurance, RIA, and commercial real estate space. Prior to his current position, he held General Manager positions in First Rate’s Professional Services and Managed Hosting divisions. He joined First Rate in 2008.
McWilliams holds a B. S. in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
