Nayan Madhamshettiwar joined First Rate in 2020, but he has served in the financial industry for over 13 years. Prior to First Rate, he worked for Rageframeworks as a Director responsible for Business Development, Operations, and Implementation across North America Region for the Wealth Management Business. In his current role as Manager of Reporting and Analytics at First Rate, he is focused on WealthTech, evaluating which Digital Wealth Management and Financial Advisory models have market potential and are most likely to have a lasting impact on the industry.

Nayan holds an M.B.A. with a double concentration in Portfolio & Wealth Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

As a veritable Digital Transformation leader with over a decade of experience in presenting and implementing digital transformation for the world’s top wealth management firms, he has collaborated with multiple customer entities to conceptualize and implement digital factories using Artificial Intelligence.

With deep domain experience in process discovery and analysis from his years as a management advisor, Nayan has applied these skills throughout his career. He has worked closely with Barron’s top Financial Advisors to design and construct investment strategy and asset allocation paradigms for their clients.
Nayan has designed and implemented automated investment services which include Intelligent Portfolio Rebalancing, Augmented Tax Loss Harvesting Algorithm, and Bear and Bull Market Sensing Strategies for Family Offices.
