Jeanne Benson, Senior Client Service Manager in the Service Bureau group, has been with First Rate since 1996. In Benson’s current role, she oversees key Service Bureau clients, focusing on those that outsource their performance processing function, developing strategic planning, and growing client relationships.
Benson has contributed strategic and operational direction for client-specific reporting schemes, on-boarding clients with latest versions of the First Rate suite of products, revitalizing client interfaces, automating auditing practices, and helping to improve speed and efficiencies loading and reporting client data in First Rate applications.
Benson has served in multiple positions at First Rate, including Service Bureau Analyst and Product Quality Assurance. Most recently, Benson has served managing the Products Help Desk where she helped define the Single Point of Contact concept to make sure First Rate clients are receiving a complete and fully-rounded support system.
Benson graduated from Texas Tech University where she received her BBA in Finance. Her greatest passion beyond family is being out on the links enjoying a round of golf with her husband and friends.
