As Managing Director of Global, Grayson is responsible for leading First Rate’s business development efforts, operations, and product strategy in international markets. With over 500+ clients worldwide, First Rate Global’s footprint extends from its home office in Arlington, Texas to the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, India, and Afghanistan. In his new role, Greer’s primary focus will be bringing the First Rate solutions of data aggregation, investment performance, reporting, and analytics into new market regions through direct relationships and local partners.

Since starting at First Rate in 2018, Grayson has been pivotal to launching innovative solutions into the marketplace and liaising with our global teams.  He joined as an auditor within the business process outsourcing (BPO) group to develop cross cultural training programs and facilitate the handoff of client support requests to our offshore teams in India.  During his time in country, Grayson also led the acquisition of a product development team with expertise in applying AI/ML technologies, commencing First Rate’s global Innovation Lab in Pune, India.  Upon his return to US, he moved into a sales role to help shape the firm’s business growth strategies and brand presence domestically.

Outside of First Rate, Grayson serves on the board of Center Court Tennis, a local non-profit which hosts tennis camps for children and adults with disabilities. He and his wife Emily reside in Rogers, Arkansas, spending most of their time in the outdoors, at local restaurants, or traveling to their next adventure.
