Emily Traxler joined First Rate in 2010. Traxler has maneuvered mostly in the marketing and sales side of First Rate creating and redefining the business growth organization in 2020 and strategically implementing a market-centric sales approach in her previous role as Chief Revenue Officer.

As the managing director of the Institutional business line, Traxler is focused on the purpose-built and strategic componentization of First Rate’s tech stack to deliver a unique set of solutions and services that caters to a firm’s desires based on their clientele, i.e., family office, registered investment advisory, foundations and endowments, asset management and more.

In 2022, Traxler was accepted into the elite Chief organization – a private membership network focused on connection and supporting women executive leaders in all industries. Traxler also maintains various designations in sales accreditation, business as a mission certification, and the foundations of investment performance.

Traxler graduated from Baylor University, where she was a member of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core and studied business, marketing, and journalism. Currently, Traxler lives in Dallas, TX with her husband, Chad; daughter, Maggie; son, Finn; and dog Lola (a boston terrier).
