Deniqua LaCour Hill joined First Rate as Chief Administrative Officer in 2020. In her current role, she is responsible for managing and streamlining our support centers teams including HR, Accounting, Legal, IT, Facilities, and Compliance. She facilitates and creates processes to improve the efficiency and experience at First Rate to ensure we are in alignment with our company values and objectives.

A native Louisianan, Deniqua attained bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and Southern University and A&M College. After that, she earned an MBA through the Executive Education program at University of New Orleans. Prior to joining First Rate, Deniqua served in the financial services and wealth management industry for over 6 years with a wide range of experience including Operations Administration, HR, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Deniqua is passionate about her community and is involved in the women’s ministry at her church, One Community Church in Plano.
