Blake joined First Rate as Chaplain in 2018. He aims to work with employees and community leaders to carry out the First Rate values of Love, Give, Serve, and Enjoy through various initiatives and events. Blake received his undergraduate degree from Furman University, then attended Wake Forest University for Divinity School. He was ordained as a minister by Royal Lane Baptist Church in 2014.

Ministerial work has allowed him to connect with hundreds of youth and families. Blake has a passion for helping people with special needs, and he was involved with Push for America in college. He continues to guide First Rate employees, families, and the company as whole by providing spiritual guidance, opportunities to give back to the community, and help with facing daily challenges in their personal and business environments.
