Grendel and First Rate Streamline Investment Advisors Workflow with Integrated CRM Performance Dashboard
West Chester, PA and Arlington, TX. February 12, 2015. Grendel, a leading purpose-built CRM for financial advisors, and First Rate, a leading provider of performance measurement and client reporting solutions, announced today the release of their unified Performance Dashboard and Client Reporting Engine.
The new Performance Dashboard and Reporting Engine, powered by First Rate’s proprietary performance reporting engine, is now an integrated component of the Grendel and ARKON platform and changes the way financial professionals access this critical data.
“Financial professionals have typically thought of performance reporting as a few pages they had in their quarterly client reviews,” said Aaron Guidotti, CEO of Grendel. “With this new component, we can allow our users to have a level of real-time interaction with their client’s data that has previously been unavailable.”
The new solution enables advisors to increase the quality of their client engagement by making access to the following critical investment data within the CRM Performance Dashboard:
- Performance of client’s household and individual accounts
- Client asset allocation
- Asset class and manager level returns
- Position level returns & weights
- Custom time period calculations
“We had two goals when building this component,” said Patrick Flaherty, General Manager at First Rate. “We wanted to give advisors a powerful set of performance capabilities at their fingertips while making the experience seamless within Grendel’s CRM.”
Both Grendel and First Rate will be participating in the upcoming Technology Tools for Today (T3) conference to be held February 12 – 14, 2015 in Dallas, TX and will be available to demonstrate the new Performance Dashboard. Additionally, Guidotti will be appearing on a panel discussion about trends in CRM technology. To learn more, log on to the http://www.technologytoolsfortoday.com/conferences.
