Keith Lotz, Client Service Manager in the Service Bureau group, has been with First Rate since 2013. In Keith’s current role, he oversees Service Bureau clients, responsible for outsource services related performance processing, Development of Strategic plans, and growing the client relationship.

Keith has brought wealth of experience to First Rate, over the past 20 years in the Financial Services industry in Client Service and Operations expertise gained within major corporations. In those twenty years he has been focused on Relationship building, Client Service, Operational Management as well as Business Analysis.

Keith graduated from Fordham University where he received his B.S. in Business Management. His greatest passion is the quality time he spends with his wife and three kids.
